FRUSTRATED HOMICIDE against JOVIE GALDIANO LASTRA was referred to the
Provincial Prosecution Office thru inquest proceeding on March 12, 2018 at about
4:00PM under Prosecutor Tito O. Apura, Assistant Provincial Prosecutor, Prosecutor
Office, Patin-ay, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur and docketed as NPS No. 13-03-INQ-
18C-105.
