I.Read the following paragraph.Then,answer the questions !

There are more old people in the world today because of an increase in
medical services.Now,people medical services from doctors and nurses in the
hospitals and clinics.As a result,fewer people catch fatal diseases such as
yellow fever,malaria,cholera,and typhoid.This decrease in fatal deseases
causes a decrease in the number of people who die from those
deseases.Because of this decrease in the number of deaths,people can live
longer today.Therefore,there has been an increase in the number of old
people living in the world today.

Questions :

a.What is the effect of the increase in medical services ?

a.This report aims to determine what additional entertainment options can be

introduce for young people in Krobokan.Curently high-school students have
little opportunities to meet their friends and practice English.This method of
researh used is extensive interviewing with local businessmen,community
leader,parent,student and teacher.

b.A few years ago,parking for cars are no problem at KFUPM.Recently,thought

(about the last two years) this have become a serious problem with lateness
accidents,damage and frustration resulting.Our department decided to
implement a bus system for students and conducting a survey of all the levels
of students from orientation to grauate,to determine their feeling and the better
way to serve them students’ needs.They survey taken one one year,and the
results are in the next section.

c.In conclusion,our extensive researh has determined thar Rantepao town is

too small to support a new amusement arcade and cinema
complex.However,building a new football field and sport centre is a bright
option.The writers recommend that high-school students start fundrising
activities soon to rise money to build the sport centre and football field

d.Researhers also found that bthe earlier a child is exposing to drug and
alcohol addiction as result of mental illness,the more likely he or she is turn to
substance abuse without intervention.Organization can use these result to
help increase community awareness about the dangers of substance abuse
and mental illness,as well as to provide assistant to those whon are struggling

e.We would recommendation that such a course should be opened in the

Department of English,and the university should look into the financial
aspects of the program early than possible.
