And also, the area falls within Alienable and Disposable area, project No. 1 under LC Map No. 545
dated July 20, 1925, it has been inspected and verified and consistent with the pertinent provisions
of PD No. 705, DAO No. 2000-64 and RMC No. 98-02 and other existing laws, rules and regulations.

This certification is issued upon request of the above interested party this _8th day of
