AFFIDAVIT OF CONSOLIDATION
OF OWNERSHIP

I, MABEL G. RODRIGUEZ, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of


Blk19, Lot 12, Golden City, Brgy. Salawag, Dasmariñas City, Cavite, Philippines, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state, that:

That in the public auction sale conducted by the (City/Provincial) Sheriff of Imus, Cavite
on May 20, 2010 pursuant to the provisions of Act 3135 as amended, the undersigned
Affiant became the purchaser of a certain foreclosed property with all its improvements,
more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot 12, Blk. 19 of the subd. plan, Psd-


042106-061602, being a portion of Lot 577-A-4, Psd-042106-
057898, LRC Rec. No. ), situated in the Brgy. Salawag,
Mun. of Dasmariñas, Prov. of Cavite, Is. of Luzon. Bounded on
the NW., along line 1-2 by lot 10 Blk. 19; on the NE., along line 2-
3 by Rd. lot 4; on the SE., along line 3-4 by lot 14; & on the SW.,
along line 4-1 by lot 11 both Blk. 19 all of the subd. plan.
Beginning at a pt. marked “1” on plan being S. 74 deg. 40’E.,
818.94 m. from Mon. 171, Imus Estate; thence N. 79 deg. 03’E.,
9.50 m. to pt. 2; thence S. 10 deg. 57’E., 3.75 m. to pt. 3; thence S.
79 deg. 03’W., 9.50 to pt. 4; thence N. 10 deg. 57’W., 3.75 m. to
the pt. of beginning , containing an area of THIRTY FIVE SQ. M.
& SIXTY THREE SQ. DECIMETERS (35.63). All pts. referred to
are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PS cyl.

1905-June 11, 1908 and that of the subd. survey, Feb. 1-20, 1993
and was approved on March 11, 1993.

That the said Sheriff sold the above-described property with all the improvements and
buildings thereon to the undersigned Affiant as the highest bidder for the sum of ONE
HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (P190, 000.00), Philippine Currency;

That a Certificate of Sale at Public Auction was issued by the said Sheriff in favor of the
undersigned Affiant and the same was duly registered with the office of the Registry of
Deeds of Cavite on November 10, 2010 as Entry No. 2010008147 on the aforementioned
title;

That the one (1) year period for redemption has already expired without the Mortgagor
or any person in his representation having exercised their right of redemption over the
said property and therefore, the consolidation of title and ownership over the said
property in favor of the undersigned Affiant is proper and in accordance with law;

WHEREFORE, by failure of the Mortgagor to redeem the said property, I am executing


this Affidavit for the purpose of consolidating title and ownership over the above-
described property with all improvements and buildings thereon, as provided for by
law, and I hereby request the Office of the Register of Deeds to register the same and
issue a new title in the name of the undersigned Affiant.
       IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 13 th day of August,
