Regarding: Change of Constitution

Respected Sir,
In reference to your office letter No 1099, dated 22-12-2021, it is submitted that M/s
M.G. Contractors Pvt Co. has not sublated the work of Widening and Strengthening of
Road work and Reconstruction of culverts in km 31-61 (Chainage km.30.00 to 60.500) of
NH-99 under NH Division Hazaribagh to us. This work was included in the Take Over
Agreement, because at the time of Taking over of M/s Singh Construction by M/s Allone
Infra Pvt. Ltd. negotiations were going on between M/s M.G. Contractors Pvt Co. &
M/s Singh Construction regarding subletting of said work to M/s Singh Construction Co.
Patiala. As the negotiations could not be matured and hence, we clarify that M/s M.G.
Contractors Pvt Co. has not sublated the work of Widening and Strengthening of Road
work and Reconstruction of culverts in km 31-61 (Chainage km.30.00 to 60.500) of NH-
99 under NH Division Hazaribagh to M/s Singh Construction Co.
Keeping in view the above undertaking given by us, we again request your good-self
kindly do the need full for Change of Constitution as already requested.
