Learning Objective(s):
1. To provide in-depth knowledge regarding copyrights to the students.
2. To focus on national framework, international framework and contemporary issues in
copyright protection.
3. To provide theoretical aspects and practical inputs of copyright law.
4. To learn about the legal requirements of registration of Industrial Design.
5. To acquaint the students with legislation dealing with protection of layout design of
integrated circuits and bring out the analytical and reasoning skills in the students.
