RELEVANT ACADEMIC PROJECT

AERIAL SURVEILLANCE OF FIRE & EXTINGUISHMENT USING FIRE BALL, which involved two systems DROGON and
ICE.
DROGAN, a semi-aware autonomous drone capable of detecting, tracking and modeling fires in an area, travelling at
the speed of 80 km/hr. at an altitude of 1km; it could automatically survey and detect fire. ICE is a throw able fire ball
extinguisher capable of extinguishing fire within a 9-cubic meter volume, consisted of an enclosed sphere filled with
DCP and an explosive trigger activated by a heat source.
