Bookkeepers are not able to see what Unit
Number the check is for, the check may not be
deposited. Please remember to send your
Association Dues to the address above.

Presidents Village Condominiums,
NOT General Bookkeeping.
If you did not receive the envelopes addressed to
General Bookkeeping that were passed out in
December, please let the office know!
It is important to send your payments to General
Bookkeeping, not to the Presidents Village Office.

Trash Reminders
Maintenance workers have found a large amount
of cigarette butts thrown around the property.
Please throw these away properly. They are not
to be tossed on the ground!
Furthermore please instruct children not to
throw candy wrappers outside. There has been an
abundance of these found recently.
Finally, garbage is NOT to be set outside prior to
the designated day. The City of Warren collects
trash at PVCA on Monday mornings. The evening
before, D&D Cleaning will remove trash from the
basements and place them in the appropriate
places. If you have additional bags of trash, you
may also place them in the appropriate areas at
that time (Sunday evening).
Placing bags of garbage out during the week is
STRICLTLY forbidden. A fine will be given to any
co-owners who continue to do this. This attracts
animals that tend to rip open the bags. The trash
is then either dragged around or blown away by
the wind, leaving our property very messy.

community clean and beautiful!

 Annual Meeting
The date of the PVCA Annual Meeting will be: Saturday, May 7th, 2011. That is the first Saturday of May!
The first mailing for the Annual Meeting was mailed out on March 18 th. This mailing contained information about the
meeting, a map to the location and an attendance form.
If you did not receive this mailing it may be due to a couple reasons:

1. There is an alternate address for your unit that has not been provided to the Office.
2. You are a new resident and have not informed us of your move-in OR have informed us after the date the
mailing was sent out.
3. The letter may have been lost during the mailing process.

If you have not received the mailing please contact the office RIGHT away. We can provide this to you immediately.
Furthermore, we have only received a small number of Attendance Forms back as of yet. Please return these to us
(simply drop your form off in the Village House Mailbox) as soon as possible. The location we are having the meeting
at requests that we provide an attendance count as soon as we are able. Furthermore, we must contact co-owners
who have been nominated to the Board right away. For these reasons, please return your Attendance form right
away! Thank you! We hope to see you all at the Annual Meeting
