a) Regular Intervention- Parents always want regularity in
studies. This are scheduled classes after school.
b) Real needs of the students & Parents- All doubts do not
gets cleared, and if doubts don’t get cleared, I start hating
the particular subject. The like and dislikes depends upon
how do you score in that subject, how much conceptual
clarity you have in that subject.
c) Limitations of the Traditional education system-
Blackboard based learning, Lack of real-life examples,
visuals, if I really have bigger roles, we then created teacher

assigned to every student who takes care of the doubts of
the students using the class and 30 minutes after the class.

are on. The student can ask a doubt to the tutor through chat
during and after the class.
d) Maximum response time is 2 to 3 minutes. These doubts
might be getting cleared live, but master teacher would not
be teaching live. The online classes have live tutors
providing interaction and live doubt solving through the
master teacher may not teach live.

a) Every class has a pre-class and post-class homework.
a) Mentor keeps a track of student doing pre class as well as
post class.
