OFFICE OF Calamba City Police Station at Brgy. Real Chipeco Ave, Calamba City,

ANSWER 3: I am here to freely testify and give a voluntary narrative on
what did I saw and hear in the incident.

ANSWER 4: I Mary Grace Llantos, 27 years old, resident of Purok Uno (1),
Brgy. Palo Alto Calamba City Laguna Philippines.
QUESTION 5: Where and when did such an incident occur?
ANSWER 5: The incident happened on February 14, 2020 at Purok Uno
Brgy. Palo Alto, Calamba City.
QUESTION 6: Who is involved in what has happened?
ANSWER 6: The person who is involved in the incident is John Louis
Llantos.
QUESTION 7: Can you please tell me how did it happen?
ANSWER 7: Yes, your honor. Around 9am in the morning when I sitting
outside in my house when I heard a gunshot from my cousin’s house and saw
our neighbor running outside the house of Louis.
QUESTION 8: Do you know these victims?
ANSWER 8: Yes, Mark Louis Llantos and he is my cousin.

happened in the incident?
ANSWER 9: That on or about 9 o’clock in the morning February 14, 2021,
I was sitting outside in my house and heard a gunshot in my cousin’s house at
Purok Uno, Brgy. Palo alto Calamba City Laguna.
