RUSTOL RFCL CONC-ID

COMPOSITION Preparation of polysiloxane compounds, non-ionic

USES Deaerating and defoaming agent for the textile wet processes, especially for tightly
packed and tightly woven materials

PROPERTIES - Milky liquid

- Specific gravity at 20oC ca. 1.01 g/cm3
- Specific pH value of product ca. 6-7
- Excellent deaeration and promotion of penetration
- Very good defoaming and foam inhibition, also in heavily foaming surfactant
systems
- High electrolyte resistance in wide pH range
- APEO - free emulsifier system

APPLICATION RUSTOL RFCL CONC-ID is especially applied for the deaeration of tightly packed
and woven materials. By using RUSTOL RFCL CONC-ID, fast and efficient wetting is
ensured when piece goods are loaded into the dyeing apparatus. The deaerator is
added at the beginning of the process. The highly deaerating and defoaming effect
is usually maintained during the entire process.
The product is preferably applied on partly or fully flooded jet dyeing machines in case
of piece goods and in short liquor apparatus in case of wound packages.

At the same time, RUSTOL RFCL CONC-ID has a foam inhibiting effect on
heavily foaming surfactants, which may get into the liquor in the form of emulsifiers
from fibre preparations or as substances contained in detergent residues or dyeing
auxiliaries. Flotation of ropes is thereby prevented.
RUSTOL RFCL CONC-ID can immediately added to the liquor. The preparation of
stock liquors is not possible.

The application quantity is

0.1 - 0.4 g/l RUSTOL RFCL CONC-ID

both in yarn dyeing and jet dyeing

STORAGE If permanently stored below 0oC or above 40oC the product may solidify and/or
change its consistency. After heating or cooling 20 - 25oC and thorough mixing.
The product can be used again without any malfunctions.
