7 Conflict
7.1 If there are any conflicts between this requisition and the documents described
in section 5 and 6, this requisition shall govern. Vendor shall notify to the
purchaser of these discrepancies.
7.2 All deviations and alternatives from the Purchaser’s specification

specification shall be
submitted by the vendor in the format attached as Appendix--C to this requisition.
8 Deviation from Purchaser’s requirements
8.1 In case there are no deviations, vendor shall mention ‘NO-

‘NO DEVIATION’ on the
format in Appendix--C and submit with the quotation.
8.2 Issuance of ‘No Deviation’ confirmation by vendor means the quotation complies
with all inquiry documents and specifications.
9 Scope of supply/work
9.1 Scope of supply
(1) The vendor’ss scope of supply is in the attached specification
(2) Spare parts
The description, the quantity and the price shall be recommended and submitted
for the following spare parts
- Spare parts for Construction, pre-commissioning

- 3 Years operation & maintenance (Optional)

10 Documents
10.1 The vendor shall submit the documents noted in Appendix A and the list for the
parts that are hazardous to the environment or to personnel. (ex. Asbestos,
Oils, VOCs, materials that reuse/recycling or reclamation is not possible.)
10.2 All documents shall state the name of Client(end

Client(end user), Job No., Requisition
No., Tag No. and the name of commodity.
10.3 All documents shall be written in English.
10.4 The vendor shall submit ‘Uncertainty Calculation’, ‘Measurement Manual’ etc.,
for each metering package as required by Iraq Ministry
Ministry of Oil code in the
attached flow diagram Appendix D.
11 Inspection and Test
11.1 Inspection and test items
Inspection and test in Appendix B are the minimum requirements.
