    Notice to candidates appearing for nautical discipline examinations

    1. The Directorate vide Notice ( F. No. 7-NT (2)/2006) dated 24.04.2021 had deferred the conduct of all
    written and oral competency examinations of the nautical discipline due to restrictions imposed to deal
    with the pandemic at local level.
    2. It has now been decided to resume oral examinations of the nautical discipline using physical and online
    platforms depending on restrictions at the different locations.
    3. All candidates are advised to monitor this website wherein further instructions in the matter will be
    provided.
    4. This is issued with the approval of the Chief Examiner of Master and Mate sand the Nautical Advisor to
    the Government of India (i/c).
