a)Phát triển kênh phân phối qua trung gian.
Giảm tỉ lệ phân phối qua kênh phân phối trực tiếp. Tăng số lượng các đại lý trung gian. Mở rộng các
đại lý sang quy mô lớn, có khả năng đảm nhận phân phối cho một khu vực thị trường lớn nhất định
b)Đẩy mạnh cường độ phân phối, nâng cấp các phương tiện vận chuyển, tạo hình ảnh đẹp cho ORION-
VINA
Do vậy mối

tố melamine, tuyệt đối an toàn cho sức khoẻ.

From the 20th to the 21st century, there have been significant changes in the majority of countries around the
world. Substantial differences are evident between the way we live today, and the way we lived a century ago.
Vietnam is no exception although there are some aspects of life in Vietnam that are similar to the way of life of
the twentieth century.
Living in Vietnam today differs greatly from the lifestyle of 100 years ago. People in the past mainly worked in
agriculture whereas today there are significantly fewer people working in this sector of the economy. These
days, by comparison, people are more likely to be employed in manufacturing and tourism than in the rice
fields. Moreover, Vietnam, which was traditionally agricultural, is transforming into an entirely different
country. While agriculture is still an important component of the Vietnamese economy, other enterprises are
accounting for an increasing amount of economic activity.
However, along with the differences, similarities also exist. The Vietnamese have kept many of characteristics
of their forefathers. The Vietnamese people are as friendly today as they were in the past. This is best illustrated
in the way they welcome foreigners. Moreover, the determination of the people of Vietnam has not changed.
The Vietnamese work collectively and happily towards the development of their country.
To conclude, while there are differences in past and present lifestyles, there are important similarities. Although
Vietnam has changed in many ways, there always have been, and always will be, the friendly welcoming smiles
of the Vietnamese people.

It is not difficult for me to (14)_______how life used to be in the past. My grandfather had always been keen on
telling me about people and things of his generation before he passed away. According to what he said, life in
the Vietnamese traditional village was very peaceful, yet it was exciting. People often lived very closely to
others and they formed a neat society. Although there weren’t any convenient means of communication such as
telephone or email, people still kept in touch and interacted with each other. They were very happy to share

American foods began to affect the rest of the world. American emphasis on convenient and rapid
consumption is best represented in fast foods such as hamburgers, french fries, and soft drinks. By the 1960s
and 1970s, fast foods became one of America’s strongest exports as franchises for Mc Donald’s and Burger
King spread through Europe and other parts of the world, including Russia and China. Traditional meals cooked
at home and consumed at a leisurely pace gave way to quick lunches and dinners eaten on the run as other
countries imitated American cultural patterns.
By the late 20th century, Americans had become more conscious of their diets, eating more poultry, fish and
vegetables, and fewer eggs and less beef. Cooks began to rediscover many world cuisines in forms closer to
their original. In California, chefs combined fresh fruits and vegetables available with ingredients and spices

The idea of life in outer space has been talked about for a long time. Some scientists say that life development
on Earth was far too unlikely for it to have happened anywhere else. Things had to be perfect for us to make it
on this planet. Other scientists say that space is too big. Stars and other planets are far too numerous for there
to be no other life in the universe.
For many years, there have been reports of visitors from other planets. People all around the world have claimed
to see alien spaceships or even aliens themselves. There have been glimpses of these so-called UFOs
(unidentified flying objects) flying through the air and they have even been captured on video. Some Americans
believe that the U.S. Army found an alien spaceship crashed in the desert and then lied to the press about it.
Although these sightings may be true, scientists have not found significant evidence that aliens exist.
If you go out into the countryside on a clear night and look up, you can see thousands of stars. These stars make
up a tiny part of our universe. There are more stars, planets, and galaxies than we can count. Even the smartest
scientists can’t even come close to defining how big space is. The number of possible stars and planets out there
is bigger than our ability to count. If we are really on the only planet that can sustain life, then we are special in
a universe full of amazing things.

During the teenage years, many young people can at times be difficult to talk to. They often seem to
dislike being questioned. They may seem unwilling to talk about their work in school. This is a normal
development at this age, though it can be very hard for parents to understand. It is part of becoming independent
of teenagers trying to be adult while they are still growing up. Young people are usually more willing to talk if
they believe that questions are asked out of real interest and not because people are trying to check up on them.
Parents should do their best to talk to their sons and daughters about school work and future plans.
However, it is not a good idea that parents push teenagers to talk if they do not want to. Parents should also
watch for the danger signs: some young people in trying to be adult may experiment with sex, drugs, alcohol, or

Today, in many parts of the world, it is customary for people to shake hands upon meeting as gesture of
good will. Originally, however, the practice of shaking hands had a more practical purpose.
Shaking hands originated in medieval times. In those days, when a man came on a stranger, he would often

Sometimes, both parties found themselves circling around each other, weapons in hand, until it was mutually
agreed that the weapons could be laid aside. Then, the two parties extended their right hands to show they had
no weapons, and clasped them. This was the beginning of the handshake.
The custom of shaking hands is not a universal one. In the Orient, people have, for centuries, clasped their

Read the following passage and mark letter A, B, C, or D to indicate the correct answer to each of the questions
that follow.
After two decades of growing student enrollments and economic prosperity, business schools in the United States
have started to face harder times. Only Harvard's MBA School has shown a substantial increase in enrollment in
recent years. Both Princeton and Stanford have seen decreases in their enrollments. Since 1990, the number of
people receiving Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degrees, has dropped about 3 percent to 75,000, and
the trend of lower enrollment rates is expected to continue.
There are two factors causing this decrease in students seeking an MBA degree. The first one is that many
graduates of four-year colleges are finding that an MBA degree does not guarantee a plush job on Wall Street,
or in other financial districts of major American cities. Many of the entry-level management jobs are going to
students graduating with Master of Arts degrees in English and the humanities as well as those holding MBA
degrees. Students have asked the question, "Is an MBA degree really what I need to be best prepared for getting
a good job?" The second major factor has been the cutting of American payrolls and the lower number of entry-
level jobs being offered. Business needs are changing, and MBA schools are struggling to meet the new
demands.
17.What is the main focus of this passage?
A. Changes in enrollment for MBA schools B. Types of graduate degrees
C. Jobs on Wall Street D. How schools are changing to reflect the economy
18. The phrase "two decades" refers to a period of _______.
A.10 years B. 20 years C. 50 years D. 100 years
19. Which of the following business schools has NOT shown a decrease in enrollment?
A. Stanford B. Princeton C. Harvard D. Yale
20. According to the passage, what are two causes of declining business school enrollments?
