1. In line with the Division’s participation to the 2021 Guronasyon, all sub-
offices are advised to nominate one (1) for each of the following categories:

a) Most Outstanding Elementary School Teacher;


b) Most Outstanding Secondary School Teacher;
c) Most Outstanding Elementary School Principal; and
d) Most Outstanding Secondary School Principal.

2. It is highly encouraged to nominate those who have been awarded in the


recent local / municipal level awards conducted.

CRITERIA FOR EVALUATION FOR THE MOST OUSTANDING PUBLIC


ELEMENTARY/SECONDARY TEACHER

I. CRITERIA

A. PERSONAL QUALITIES 5 Points

1. model of morality and integrity both in public 2.5 Points

b) has a performance rating of Very Satisfactory for three (3) consecutive


years; and

c) the nominee must be of good moral character as testified by peers,


teachers, supervisors, parent and PTCA Officers.
