YEAR OF ESTABLISHMENT & HISTORY

With an international reputation of being a knowledge based economy, the Indian

Government is striving hard to meet global expectations. But in pursuit of excellence, the
dice of OET has moved across the city of Jamnagar to now bring it up on the map of the
world that Jamnagar excels in Education too. On 14th January 1986, a charitable
Trust “The Oshwal Education Trust” ventured into field of Education to undertake the
great task of setting up an All English Medium Institutions in order to provide quality
education to the students of Jamnagar.

Jamnagar, then was a small progressive town and a business hub, but did not have any
proper educational institutions to cater to the varied requirements of the natives. Shri
Jaysukhlal Hathi voiced the feelings of many concerned parents of Jamnagar about the
dearth of educational facilities and the urgent need of the people to bridge the demand and
supply mismatch for an English Education Centre. Shri Lakhamsi Govindji haria was
quick to respond and declared the donation of Rs. Eleven Lacs. This amount has today
metamorphosed into a full-fledged Higher Secondary School catering to the needs of
nearly 2700 students from LKG to Higher Secondary.

Oshwal Education Trust did not stop there and continued to expansion plans. They
established B.Com, BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA, IMBA, PGDCA, B.Ed., colleges as also a
school having CBSE Syllabus. In addition spoken English classes, CS counseling center,
Boys & Girls Hostel, etc. are managed by the Trust. The pioneers behind this development
are trust Chairman Shri Kantilal L. Haria and Shri Ramniklal K. Shah, Managing Trustee
who are continuously exploring the availability of maximum resources to give good
education to the Students fraternity.

Naturopathy Care and Research Center is the latest project commenced by Oshwal
Education Trust having Naturopathy Hospital presently and Naturopathy College
subsequently. “The Hospital with ultra-modern facilities is under construction and likely

PROMOTERS AND MANAGING GROUP DETAILS

During 1981, Jamnagar then was a small progressive town and a business hub, but did not
have any proper educational institutions to cater to the varied requirements of the natives. At
the same time then Governor of Punjab Shri Jaysukhlal Hathi who originally belonged to
Gujarat voiced the feelings of many concerned parents of Jamnagar about the dearth of
educational facilities and the urgent need of the people to bridge the demand and supply
mismatch for an English Medium School. Shri Lakhamshi Govindji Haria was quick to
respond and declared a donation of Rs. 11, 11,111/- Original from Kajurda now settled in
Mumbai. Thus, the English Medium School started on 4th December 1981 in two garages of
Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan.

Looking to the growth of the school, it was felt that a separate building is required for school.
Shri Kantilal Lakhamshi Haria who was Director of Gujarat Industrial Development
Corporation represented and worked hard for getting a piece of land from GIDC for
construction of school building. Due to his unstinted efforts, GIDC gave a plot of land 4000
sq. miters in the heart of city free of cost and also donated Rs. 1.20 lacs towards construction
cost of the building. The land was acquired on 28/2/1985.

The need was felt to have separate Trust for expanding educational activities, and to meet with
the cost of building. Keeping this in mind a trust named Oshwal Education Trust was
established on 14th January, 1986 by Shri Kantilal Lakhamshi Haria with the following Board
of Trustees :-

FUTURE SCOPE

It always believes that the organization must not satisfy with their current level of operation.
At every point of time they must plan for future expansion of the operation. In recent times
people come across many diseases in their daily life.

As to get a speedy recovery from the disease they often consume medicines which have very
bad side effects. But people now days are getting aware regarding the side effects and so they
are moving to naturopathy, which indeed have no side effects. Naturopathy is a kind of
treatment in which all the processes are natural and no chemicals are used in such treatment.
In past few years, some of the Bollywood celebrities and some Indian sports man are spreading
awareness and using the naturopathy instead of chemical based medicines. So in near future
most of the people will restrict chemical based medicine and will start using naturopathy
instead. So the future scope of “Leelavati Nature Cure and Research Centre” is very high.

INFORMATION

Basically, nature cure understands that all the disturbances occurred in the body, physical or
mental are caused due to the storage of morbidity in the body. All the living organisms in the
world have the ability to heal itself. Accumulation of excess toxins makes the process slow
and the systems get tired for more work out. We fall ill when we go against the rules of nature.

Main aim of nature cure treatment is to improve the vitality of the body which helps in the
elimination of accumulated toxins from the body.

Nature cure treatments and diet management helps to improve the vital force of the body and
eliminate the toxins to bring it to rejuvenation. It is the method of treatment, which aims at
removing the basic cause of disease by using the five elements freely available in nature. The
restoration and healing is brought by the inherent curative powers of the body. The complete
healing comes from within.

Nature cure invigorates and stimulate the body’s homeostatic mechanism. Proper utilization
of panchmahabhutas, regulated diet, exercise, scientific relaxation, constructive and positive
thinking, prayer, meditation plays important role to enjoy perfect health.
