CRESCENT HILLS SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

Minutes of Board Meeting


Thursday, February 9, 2022

The Crescent Hills Subdivision Homeowners Association held a Board meeting on


Wednesday February 9, at the Cedar City Library.

1. CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 1:00. All members present.

2. HOMEOWNERS PRESENTATION ON NON-AGENDA ITEM

3. FINANCIAL REPORT
A. Operating Account
Debbie reported that there is currently $10,717.94 in the operating account
and $4354.14 in the reserve as of February 9. There are currently 197
recorded homeowners.

MOTION: Clarissa motioned to approve the financial report. Sharon seconded the
motion and it passed unanimously.

Currently, there are 11 homeowners delinquent. Three homeowners have


not yet paid at all. Invoices were posted and emailed out to delinquent
homeowners. Policy dictates that the next step is to lien delinquent
homeowners.

MOTION: Sharron motioned to lien the two delinquent homeowners who have not
paid anything. Shane seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.

5. NEW BUSINESS
A. It was reported that the sidewalk is starting to sink where it was replaced on
the corner of Sterling. Teri agreed to walk the street to look for any damage and
then contact McArthur if damaged. Shane requested itemized bid for flood
damage repair. Teri agreed to request again from McArthur.

There was discussion as to notifying homeowners that any agenda items for
regularly scheduled board meetings be submitted to Debbie one week prior. If
there is no pending business, then the board reserves the right to conduct business
remotely.

5. ADJOURNMENT
Meeting adjourned at 1:30 am. Next meeting would be May 11 at 9:30.
