Accordingly, a vandalism transpired at the aforementioned location wherein seen open

opportunity to initiate the crime intentionally. While no guard posting at the specific time to
create marks on the concrete post. Although Corporate duty guard availability is only at night
shift starts from 1900H to 2100H.

b. WHAT IS THE CASE STATUS? : Markings clean up by assigned Janitorial using soap,
scotch bright and rinse with water
c. WHO IS NOW IN CHARGE OF THE CASE: South Station Mall Operation staff
d. GIVE DETAIL OF DISPOSITION; To avoid the recurrence of the same incident, area is
recommendable to have at least one(1) additional Security posting at daytime to manned the
said area, as well as to secured the combustible board up of the closed/ vacant spaces.
