Complete the procedures of the trade name referred to above, submit applications,
documents and transactions and to sign, receive and deliver the same, sign on our behalf all
the required contracts such as memorandum of association, a national agency agreement or
other contracts and before all relevant government and non-government authorities. The
representative shall have the right to sign to open a bank account with banks operating in
the United Arab Emirates and to sign all papers and procedures relating thereto including
without limitation: the Ministry of Labour, Department of Economic Development,
Municipality, Courts, police stations the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners
Affairs, traffic and registration department, port customs, post office, Etisalat, civil defence,
water and electricity authority, airports, banks and private and public institutions and
individuals.

The representative shall have the right sign all related documents/ pay all fees and expenses
relating thereto from obtaining the trade name to the issuance of the licence.

The representative shall have the right to delegate any or all of the powers mentioned above
to third parties.

Unless revoked earlier for another reason, this power of attorney shall continue in force until
