Memorandum dated 04.09.2020 re~arding to consider utilization of
network of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) and Mahanagar Telephone
Nigam Limited (MTNL) for internet/broadband, landline/leased line.

2. In this regard, I am directed to enclose herewith a copy of the above

mentioned Government of India Office Memorandum dated 12.10.2020 &
04.09.2020 for considering utilization of network of Bharat Sanchar Nigam
Limited (BSNL) and Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) for
internet/broadband, landline/leased line requirements and also circulate the
above Government of India Office Memoranda in offices which are under
administrative control of your department.
