CHECKLIST OF PRE-CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED TO PRA PRIOR TO ACTUAL RECLAMATION

A. RECLAMATION PLANS AND DRAWINGS

1. Project Perspective Plan, not drawn to scale, based on


the architects/planner interpretation of the ultimate final
development of the reclaimed land.

2. Final Land Form Plan/General Reclamation Layout with


Technical Description using PRS 92 System showing
horizontal survey control monuments (location/tie lines),
vicinity and location plan with seabed contour map at an
interval of 0.50 meters. In addition, submit a 3D Contour
Map on digital format.
3. Final Site/Master Development Plan (Masterplan) drawn
to scale integrating the following details:
a. Primary and Secondary road system and conectivity with
adjointing islands, primary utilities and connectivity among
others. Show key map for easy referencing.
b. Five percent (8%) greenspace as part of the thirdy
percent (30%) requirement for roads and open spaces
(ROS)
c. Respective land shares of the parties with the following
color codes:
Proponent/LGU Share - BLACK
PRA Share - WHITE
d. Detailed Land Use Plan with the following color codes:
Residential - yellow
Commercial - red
Industrial - purple
Institutional - blue
Infrastructure/Utilities - gray
Agriculture - yellow green
Agro Industrial - pink
Forest - green
Mining/Quarry - maroon
Greenspace - olive
Swamplands/Marshes- light blue
Parks/Playground - light green
Road -white
Easement - light brown
e. Cadastal boundary limits vis-à-vis the parallel
reclamation boundaries of the project

4. Final Land Use/Land Allocation Plan showing the exact


location of the respective land shares for ROS, 5%
greenspace, saleable blocks for the parties involved, among
other uses, using color coding legend and key map for easy
referencing. Provide detailed breakdown of land uses
including percentage distribution/share of each based on
the total area on the project.

5. Cross-sectional plans of the reclamation layout showing


the designated ground improvement to be done (i.e., PVD
and temporary surcharge); contour map at every 100
meters interval/stationing showing elevations; and tidal
measurements reckoned from MLLW datum. Show key
map for easy referencing.

6. Containment/Revetment and Wave Wall cross-section


and elevations including typical sections at both ends and
middle section of the containment wall for every segment
with detailed measurements and tidal elevations. Provide
also longitudinal profile of the seabed for every type of
wall.
7. Borehole Plan with coordinates, soil profile and cross
sections, showing the stratigraphy legend, soil unit and
desciption.
8. Hydrographic, Topographic and Bathymetric plans/map
of the reclamation site and immedite vicinity. Note: Joint
hydrographic survey shall be conducted prior to start of
reclamation works.

9. Include necessary plans not abovementioned such as


Integrated Plan showing the harmonization of major roads
and utilities and other relevant submission of plans.

reclamation work/task, i.e. rock placement and dumping,
