1. Daily Check List:

07 Check Generator Synchronous Panel

08 Check Solar panel

09 Check every floor MDB, SDB if any CB

found tripped condition, then find out the
reason & solve it.
10 Check lights on every floor.

11 Check pump room.

12 Maintain daily log sheet

 13 Receive problem from different department &
take initiate to solve.
14 Ensure safety before start any task.

2. Weekly Checklist:

02 Conduct Maintenance at HT, LT panel if
needed
03 Maintain register
04 Keep all servicing documents

3. Documentation:

a. Keep the service reports.

b. Maintain Log book for R/H.

c. Maintain Register for consumable items as well as tools.

4. Tools:

a. Tester, Screw Driver, Combination Pliers, Adjustable Pliers, PVC Tape, Nose Pliers,

Wire, Ladder, Torch Light, Cable Tie, Drill Machine, Hammer, Cutting Pliers, Hot

Air gun, Air blower etc.

5. EMERGENCY CONTACT NO’s:

a. Place DANGER sign at Transformer area.

b. Place Fire service no at visible place.

c. Place BPDB control rooms no at visible place.
