SWIMMING POOL SOP’S

DURING NATIONAL RECOVERY PLAN (PPN) PHASE 2
EFFECTIVE ON 10TH SEPTEMBER 2021 AT IMPERIO RESIDENCES

1. An owner who is a DEFAULTER is not allowed to use the pool. This also applies to his/her tenant, visitor or
homestay guest if the owner is a defaulter.
2. The daily pool operating hours 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily have been revised as below:

3. Users require to pre-book the swimming time slot 1 day earlier at Management Office.
4. Only maximum 30 users are allowed to swim for each session daily.
5. All users must scan QR code Swimming Pool via MySejahtera app and show proof of completion 14 days
after 2nd dose (complulsory) to Security Personnel. Digital vaccination certificate also acceptable those
direct show from MySejahtera apsps. Users are required to wear a mask while queuing.
6. All users need to register for a numbered card with the Security Personnel or Management Office and return
the card after swimming. RM10 fee is applicable for unreturned card.
7. Body temperature checked by security guard (<37.5 degree Celsius) is mandatory.
8. All swimmers must first shower down for hygiene reasons before entering the pool.
9. All users need to wear proper swim attire. Stern actions will be taken against harassment of the Security
Personnel and associates who are merely performing their duties ensure everyone’s safety and hygiene.
10. Users are encouraged use their personal equipment and goggles whilst in the pool and no sharing equipment.
11. Kindly vacate the pool immediately after the session ends and users to wipe their bodies dry before heading
to the lifts.
12. Children below the age of 12 and seniors above the age of 60 are not encouraged to use the swimming pool.
13. All the other standard House Rules and Regulations for the use of the swimming pool shall apply.
14. User is found to be in violation with the SOP’s fined RM 200.00 and be banned from using the pool for 2
weeks.
