DELIVERABLES FOR DESIGN PORTFOLIO

1. THE PURPOSE OF THE DESIGN PORTFOLIO:
a. Present the scheme of your building design to the Final Jury in a
systematic storyline to understand the project in a better way. The
sheets must be self-understanding with key plans, small important
notes and proper Architectural annotations wherever necessary.
b. The portfolio is the first impression you hold in the industry
whether applying for masters program or a job.
c. Participation in Thesis competition forums for recognition,
selection, publication or award.

2. DELIVERABLES FOR FINAL JURY:

Concept design, site plan, all floor plans including basement plans,
minimum three elevations and three sections, 3D views are mandatory for
the submitted portfolio with proper sheet format and well composed with all due
information. You may add any other sheet relevant to better understanding of
your design.

3. SUBMISSION DEADLINES

3 Resubmission (if required) 30.5.2020

The submissions have to be made through drive as done earlier. The
resubmission segment is only for students whose work is not found up to the
mark.

4. ABOUT THESIS REPORT

• A plagiarism report is also to be submitted with the report.
• All sections of the report as mentioned in the Thesis Report Template are
to be filled in the appropriate format.
• The various sections must be supported with proper sketches and
drawings within the chapters wherever necessary and must be properly
labeled and listed.
• It is advisable to use Tables and Charts where comparative analysis or
listing of points is to be done. Duly label and list them in the report.
• The report may be of 40-50 pages comprising 15000-20000 words. The
mentioned word range is indicative for written material and is dependent
on the design of the project.
