    - Please correlate the results with clinical findings. Negative result may not rule out the possibility
    of Covid-19 infection. False negative results may occur due to presence of PCR inhibitors, viral
    mutations and insufficient SARS-CoV-2 RNA on sample, resulting from poor sample collection
    procedures, inproper handling of samples especially during transport, effect of medical treatments, etc.

    TEST INTERPRETATION:

    - Positive: RNA specific to SARS-CoV-2 Detected


    - Negative: RNA specific to SARS-CoV-2 Not Detected
    - Inconclusive: Inconclusive test result. This could be due to sample composition, low viral loads
    in the sample or mutations. A repeat sample is recommended for confirmation.
