• Exploring/Emerging (E/E) - a level of prac ce in which the teacher relies on ongoing assistance from more experienced colleagues for
support, guidance, and survival. The teacher is moving toward becoming more self-directed and independent in her/his prac ce.

•      I had to make a really hard decision this year
about not allowing a students to join our class.
Unfortunately being a small private school with
limited resources, I had to turn away a sweet child
that we were not equipped to have in class. It was
hard to do this, but it was for the best to ensure my
students are able to have the best environment for
