INTRODUCTION

Ms. Brittany Alexander is her site’s access contact person for Illuminate, an

the assessment and provide “instant access to results, standards analysis, most
missed items, and subgroup analysis.”(Illuminate Education) This proposal is to
provide professional development conducted by Ms. Alexander to new hires that
do not have any prior experience with the Illuminate testing portal.
