In this sense, education involves transmitting to delivering the knowledge to students by the most effective method. Desribe the different approaches of curriculum and their implication for learning, (20 marks) Q2 Curriculum development models are useful in helping educators design a curriculum. ‘The models provide elements to map for educators to approach the critically important task that shapes the learning experience of learners. ‘Compare and contrast the objectives and process model to curriculum development and also list down the strength and weakness of both models. (20 marks) Q3__ In designing curriculum in TVET program the involvement of industry as team of expert will contribute the current need of occupation knowledge and skills to ensure the outcome of the program are relevant and marketable a) Select and explain the core work process related t0 your field (5 marks) b) —_ List down 8-12 core competencies and choose one of core competencies to describe the detailing of the core work process (15 marks) Q4 a) Explain FIVE (5) principles of curriculum design, (S marks) b) Ina DACUM process, one of the process is conduct analysis. Explain the duty, task, and steps in related in this process and choose one example of occupation or jab list down the duty, task, and steps. Based on the example chosen, prepare the DACUM chart to show the detail of knowledge, skills and resources. (15 marks) Q5_ The curriculum evaluation should be concerned with assessing the value of program, course, and field of study. One of the model evaluation models is designed to systematically guide both evaluators and stakeholders in posing relevant questions and conduetinmg evaluation process.
