The Ministry of Higher Education is going to organise an education fair. All universities in
Malaysia will be participating in this fair. The fair will be held from 1 July 2022 to 8 July 2022 in
Kuala Lumpur. All registered clubs and societies of Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR)
have been invited by UTAR to participate (set up a booth) in this fair and are also encouraged to
submit a proposal, which will describe their ideas and projects.

To execute this project, you will form a committee of 6 to 7 members. You should be persuasive
and convincing in your proposal and presentation. The theme of the booth should be Universiti
Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR).

➢ Based on the scenario above, you have to:

• Conduct a survey – Create a preference/opinion survey form of 10 questions to collect
opinion/feedback from your target respondents. This will serve as data to back up any
claims you make in your proposal.

Sample Preference Survey Question:

What design styles would you like to have on T-shirts?

Sample Opinion Survey Question:

Name one action that can be taken for UTAR to improve its bus services.

• You are required to distribute the survey forms to 30 respondents. Your group members are
not allowed to be the respondents.

• Prepare a proposal – Create a formal plan detailing your innovative idea(s) and project.
