I am Sergeant, serving in Indian Air Force, seeking admission to your

school in respect of my son Aarush Singh for class 7 th and daughter Singh, for
class 3rd.
b. My date of retirement is and presently I am attached to Air Force
Station Jammu from Air Force Station Sirsa for Pre Release course (PRC)
wef 31 Aug 21. This is my last movement and therefore I bring my family to
Jammu to continue academic session of my children through APS.

e. It is pertinent to mention that I could not leave my family back at my
previous unit (AFS Sirsa) because I was not allotted accommodation inside
campus due to waiting list and I was afraid of COVID pandemic situation
outside of campus. Also, there is no one in my family other than my wife and
small kids to look after in any contingencies. I am only son of my parents and I
lost my father in 2001 & mother in 2014. (Photocopy of death certificate
attached). In short, this movement from AFS Sirsa to AFS Jammu with my
family was inevitable.

f. I approached other APS and KV schools in Jammu but denied for

admission due to unavailability of seats. My family is facing tremendous
pressure and afraid due to uncertainty of admission.

2. I earnestly request to consider my case sympathetically and provide relief by

allowing my children in your school. I along with my family will be ever grateful for
your kindness.

and my son Aarush Singh was studying in APS Shillong for last 3 years (Apr

d. Since there is no APS in Sirsa, Haryana, my children were studying in

Bharat Ram Global School, Sirsa in class 3rd and class 7th respectively for
current academic session. Bharat Ram Global School (UDISC Code:
06110703403) is affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi (Affiliation No. 531449).
