Subject: ONLINE SURVEY ON THE TRAINING NEEDS


OF STUDENT LEADERS AND TEACHER-ADVISERS

The Office of the Undersecretary for Administration (OUA) through the


Bureau of Learner Support Services-Youth Formation Division (BLSS-YFD) will
conduct an online survey on the training needs of newly elected student
leaders and designated teacher-advisers.

The objectives of the online survey are the following:


1. identify and address the essential training and development the
participants need to enhance and improve their skills and knowledge; and
2. help them manage their organizations properly and effectively.

The survey results will be utilized for the development of video training
materials to be conducted and cascaded through the DepEd Learning Management
System (DLMS) under the SY2022-2023 Student Leadership Development
Programs (SLDP) and Teacher Adviser Training Course (TATC) programs.

In this regard, the BLSS-YFD invites all Division Federation officers and
teacher-advisers of the Supreme Pupil Government (SPG), Supreme Student
Government (SSG), Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) in
elementary and secondary level, Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD), and private school
organizations to participate in the said survey. Please see Annex A for reference.

The deadline of submission for the accomplished survey forms is on 28
