Definitely, I concur. Debasement within the government had its beginnings amid the time of the
old Filipinos. But amid time, these were exacerbated by the abuses of the Spanish friars and
authorities with the onset of colonial rule.
As I have read the Rizal's Persuasive Administration article by Quennie Ann J Palafox, In books
of Jose Rizal the Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo, he condemned and uncovered the
manhandle and brutalities of the spanish administration.
