CIRCULAR

Sub: Winter/Study Holidays - reg

We are all aware that there have been substantinl loss of Teaching/ karning hours

in the last 2 terms (semesters) due to 2.d wave of covid- 19 pandemic followed by
emergency holidays declared due to heavy rainfall. It is quite essential to make up the
loss by organizing additional Teaching/Learning hours.

In addition, the strict travel quarantine restrictions imposed by the Government

and the threat of impending COVID third wave/Omicron will cause further loss of

studies.

So, all the students are hereby informed that they are not permitted to leave the

campus both during the st-udy holidays and wintcr holidays. Concerned HoDs have

been informed to schedule the teaching hours as per the deficit/loss of hours. All
students are hereby informed to make a note of the same.
