    North and South Divide Issues

    there are three (3) issues that arises from the Global North and Global South divide these

    are:

    2.6.1 Distribution of Income Around the World

    In case of the distribution of income the North always wins the competition against

    the South because in the North the people who live there have a high income, while in the

    people living in the South have a less or low income. Because of this situation many people

    living in the South move to the North to have a higher income.

    2.6.2 Standard of Living

    There are four (4) factors that lead to a low standard of living. These factors are:

    1. Lack of trade and aid

    2. Single crap farming

    3. Abundance of debt

    4. Neo-colonialism

    2.6.3 Economic Competition Worldwide

    There are three (3) Factors to determine the competitiveness of an economy. These factors

    are:

    1. Appropriate infrastructure

    2. Stable macroeconomic frame work

    3. Well functioning public and private institution
