Early Essential Newborn Care Module 1

Annual Implementation Review and Planning Guide

Excel files to enter data collected for Checklists 1 - 5

Instructions: Based on instructions provided in the Module 1 guide, enter data for each checklist in this file.

To complete the "EENC hospital impact indicator database", data are entered in two sheets: "EENC database_maternity" for indicators
collected from maternity wards and "EENC database_pediatric" for indicators collected from pediatric wards and the special care
nursery/newborn care unit. Based on data entered in these two sheets, the EENC hospital impact indicators will be automatically
calculated in the sheet "DO NOT MODIFY_Checklist_7a".
