WORK EXPERIENCE

2017- present Board of Director/ Banana Grower

As Board of Director
` Bagong Silang Banana Growers Multipurpose Cooperative

- Attend regular meeting, making B.O.D resolution, farm survey and conduct
growers meeting for farm improvement.
- Conduct Pre- Registration Seminar for incoming new member.
- Bench marking to other farms for additional knowledge in banana operation.
- Update growers for their production, farm problem and addres to the board
meeting for imediate actions.
- Monitor all growers for the compliance in their fertilization program,
chemical applications and all banana cultural practices.
- Provide seminar about organic agriculture just like chickendung, trichoderma
and vermi tea application.

- Follow all cultural practices recommended by the buyer.
- Implement the fertilization program recommended by the buyer.

their daily routine
