•Describe the seriousness of the influence of such patterns and trends in

juvenile justice.

 Crime of simple assault or the act of causing physical harm or unwanted

physical aggression upon a person is the most numerous number of

occurrence in our society. It is the most typical and common occurrence in the

youth whereas many from our youth are being prone to oral and physical fight

due to several reason whereas the family, school and community should take

their role in guiding the youth of today.

 Crime of Larceny or a crime involving the unlawful taking or theft of the

personal property of another person or business whereas family financial

obsession, frustration and psychological factors led juveniles to commit this

offense.

 Drug Abuse Violations or a crime of production, distribution, and/or use of

certain controlled substances and the equipment or devices utilized in their

preparation and/or use. This violation came from peer influence and social

environment which influence the youth to participate, interact and know out of

curiosity.

 Disorderly Conduct or intentional disturbing of the public peace and order by

language or other conduct. This type of behaviour came out from various factor

especially in family problems because there is a serious effects to the children

who are part of the family home.
