Leadership Experiences and Goals

Leadership Experiences

Resource Provider
I provide guidance and resources to my colleagues in our World Language Department
to implement CI (Comprehensible Input) and TPRS (Teaching Proficiency Through
Reading and Storytelling) strategies into the classroom. I also helped lead this
curriculum change at the school that I student taught at.

COVID-19 Task Force

I am currently the team leader for the COVID-19 Task Force at a local elementary
school in Orange County. At the beginning of the pandemic, I led team meetings where
we discussed the protocols outlined for schools and how we can obtain them.
Currently, I provide the school’s principal with support and resources to maintain those
protocols, respond to parents’ questions and concerns, and update the school
COVID-19 policy when necessary.
