GENERALLY
Works Package Contractor to note:-
The Works Package Contractor shall refer to the

Safety, Health and Environmental Management
requirements as specified in the General Specification
(G5 and G6) for pricing.
All quantities are PROVISIONAL unless otherwise

specified. The unit “sum” shall means '“lump sum”.
The rates and prices inserted by the PDP are the

minimum suggested rates and prices. The Works
Package Contractor may insert additional item and
pricing where indicated but in any case the overall total
quoted price in this Safety, Health and Environmental
Management bill shall not exceeding 3.0% of the
Contract Sum less Prime Cost Sum for the Works.
PDP reserves the right to adjust the prices and rates in
this bill submitted by the Works Package Contractor
to ensure their reasonableness before formalisation of
Contract and the decision of PDP shall be final.
PDP also reserves the right to adjust the prices and

rates in these Bill 4.0 shall not exceeding 3.0% of the
Contract Sum less Prime Cost Sum for the Works
Specifications and the decision of PDP shall be final.
The Works Package Contractos shall be fully

responsible and comply with the minimum quantities
required under the Contract. Notwithstanding, the
Works Package Contractor shall ensure adequate
number of personnel to meet his obligations under the
Contract and relevant laws and any extra personnel
deemed required by the Works Package Contractor
shall be allowed in his rates.
The Works Package Contractor shall keep the PDP

and the Owner indemnified against all claims,
proceedings, damages, costs, losses, charges and
expenses of any nature whatsoever arising from the
Works Package Contractor's failure to comply with his
obligations under the Contract.

applicable to this bill, refer to the Drawings,
Specifications, Method of Measurement and
Preambles for all trades.
The item description in this bill are not necessary

complete in all aspects and they must be read in
conjunction with the Drawings,Specifications, Method
of Measurement and Preambles and all other
documents forming part of the Contract. The Works
Package Contractor shall ensure that his pricing items
and rates are adequate to meet his obligations under
the Contract, and requirements arising from all relevant
laws and his own operations including but not limited
to personnel, labour,materials, relevant Authorities’
requirements, and etc.

performance and tied with Contractors' Performance
