EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT is made and executed in ____________________, this ____

day of ________________, 2019 by and between:

_________________________, Filipino, of legal age, doing business under the name and style
of _________________________, with principal office address at ______________________,
hereinafter referred to as the “EMPLOYER”;

-and-

____________________________, Filipino, of legal age, single/married to _______________,

and with residence address at _________________________________, hereinafter referred to as
the “EMPLOYEE”;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the EMPLOYER is engage in the business of

___________________________________________ and is in need of a
_______________________.

WHEREAS, the EMPLOYEE manifested that he/she is qualified to perform the said position and
has offered his/her services to the EMPLOYER.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and for other valuable
considerations, the EMPLOYEE hereby enters into this Employment Contract with the
EMPLOYER subject to the terms and conditions, hereinafter set forth:

1. The EMPLOYEE is hereby hired as a ____________________ on a full-time basis to

perform the following functions: _________________________________. During his/her term
of employment, the EMPLOYEE shall be entitled to all rights, privileges and benefits due to a
regular employee as provided for by law and company policies.

2. In this connection, the EMPLOYEE shall be governed by the rules and regulations set by
the company and all other policies existing at present or may be established in the future. The
EMPLOYEE is expected to abide by these rules and regulations as well as these company
policies.

3. For the services rendered, the EMPLOYER shall pay the EMPLOYEE the gross amount
of _________________________________ (P___________) per month.

4. The EMPLOYER reserves the right to terminate the services of the EMPLOYEE for
valid and authorized cause/s as may be enunciated under company rules and provisions of the
labor code.

5. The EMPLOYEE agrees that after his/her employment with the EMPLOYER, he/she
shall not offer his/her services or work for or be employed in other companies offering same
business/services with that of the EMPLOYER for a period of ___________ (___) years from
termination of his/her employment.

6. In addition, upon cessation of the employer-employee relationship, the EMPLOYEE shall
not divulge to any person or parties any business philosophies, marketing strategies and/or other
information that are purely proprietary to the EMPLOYEE.

7. The EMPLOYEE shall report for work for _____days a week, _______ hours per day, at
times and days that may be assigned by the EMPLOYER. The EMPLOYER reserves the right to
require the EMPLOYEE to render overtime work (OT) whenever necessary.

8. Upon the termination for cause or the resignation of the EMPLOYEE from employment,
the EMPLOYER has no obligation to pay the EMPLOYEE separation pay.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have signed this Employment Contract on the date and
place first above set forth.
