Examination Guidelines
֎ Mode of Examination:
Written (PDF) -
• 40 Marks for Classes I to III
• 80 Marks for Classes IV,V,VI and VII

֎ Timings :
i) Attendance timings: 8:15 am to 8:55 am
ii) Examination timings for:
 Written (PDF) –
 Classes I to III : 9:00am to 10:30am ( Applicable for all subjects)
Writing time ends at: 10:30am for Classes I to III
 Classes IV,V,VI and VII : 9:00am to 12noon (Applicable for all subjects)
Writing time ends at: 12 noon for Classes IV,V,VI and VII
(Written test question papers will be given in your respective WhatsApp Class-group at sharp 9:00 am)

֎ Submission of PDF Answersheets: Written (PDF) -

 Answers are to be submitted in PDF format only (compulsory)
 The PDF file should be named by the student name. (Ex. Students name - subject)
 Submit the PDF file answers within the time allotted in the class WhatsApp group.
 For Classes I to III : 10:30 am to 10 : 45 am
 For Classes IV,V,VI and VII : 12 noon to 12:15 pm

SLOT II
Day & Date: Friday, 11th March 2022 Day & Date: Saturday, 12th March 2022
Timings: CLASSES I & II - 9:15 am TO 11:00 am Timings: CLASSES III TO VII - 9:15 am TO 11:00 am
N.B:
• Covid 19 protocol ought to be maintained during the submission of Answer sheets (hardcopies).
• Use long loose sheet of paper only for the written examination & separate papers are to be used for different
subjects.
• The answer sheets (PDF format) have to be submitted in the class WhatsApp group only. Once the group is closed,
the Answer sheet will be no longer accepted.
• Do not try to give your exam in unfair means. If identified, the entire paper will be cancelled.
• In case the student faces any difficulty during the examination inform your class teacher or subject teacher
immediately. We are always there to help you out.
