PROJECT: Orange Marmalade

MATERIAL:

1 Kilo sugar
1 piece lemon
4 piece orange

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT:

Chopping board pot


knife container
strainer bowl

PROCEDURE:

1. Wash all the ingredients


2. Cut the orange into half and squize it into the strainer.
3. Separate the pulp to its skin using the spoon.
4. Remove the white part at the skin of the orange..
5. Cut the skin of orange into juliennes..
6. Mix the orange juice, sliced skin, pulp and sugar.
7. Boiled it in medium heat for 10-20 minutes.
8. Check if the mixture is already sticky, and put it in a jar and let it cool.
9. Serve and enjoy your orange marmalade for a year.
