The fuel used should be #93 or above quality
unleaded gasoline and meet EUROⅢ
standard.
Caution:
The use of unqualified gasoline
may severely damage electro-injection
engine and also makes catalyst of 3-
way catalytic converter poisoned or
burnt due to overheating, and the
burnt gas will not be purified
externally.

ii. The Speedometer and odometer
Warning:
Pay attention to the mileage and
maintain the vehicle according to
this manual.

Speedometer displays the speed of vehicle; Odometer
indicates the accumulated mileage of vehicle, and the
minimum unit is 1km. The maximum value of
subtotal mileage is 999.9km; the minimum unit is
0.1km. LCD displays in two rows, the upper row
displays the subtotal mileage and average fuel
consumption, the lower row displays the accumulated
mileage. It can be cleaned or shifted between subtotal
mileage and average fuel consumption by pressing the
shifting knob.
The shift relationship is showed in Table One.

The tachometer displays the rotating
speed of engine in the form of rpm. The

rotating speed of engine.

If the belt is OK, check the circuit or consult
your Changan dealer.

5) Braking Oil Lever Lamp,Parking brake
indicator
When the fluid level of the braking fluid storage
container is lower than the specified fluid level, the
lamp shall light up. Fill the braking fluid immediately
according to the regulations.
The indicator turns on when the parking brake is
not released and the ignition switch is in the “Ⅱ”
position.

If the abnormal connection of the indicating
lamp happens during the running process, please
drive the vehicle out of the vehicle lane, and park it
at the side of the road for inspection.
Warning:
The longer stopping
distance ， larger pedal force and longer
pedal stroke may be required in this
situation.
After inspection, in the conditions which you
consider secure, cautiously tow the vehicle to the
maintenance station for maintenance at a low
speed.

If the fuel gauge points to one-sixth scale
line and below, the indicating lamp shall light
up. Please fill fuel in time when the indicating
lamp lights up.

This indicator will light up as the rear fog lamp is
turned on.

The control indicator will be lit up as the ignition
switch is on, and gone out as the engine started. If
not, it means EPS has fault. Please consult you
Changan dealer soon. Otherwise EPS will lose its
function.

ii. Ventilation and Air-conditioning
System
This system is used to adjust the
temperature inside the vehicle and the
ventilating device.
For safety reasons, all the vehicle
windows shall be free from ice, snow and
mist, and shall have clean sight. Please
familiarize yourself with the operation method
of the heating, ventilation and cooling system
as soon as possible.
Warning:
When the vehicle is in the
state of internal circulation for a
long time, the air in the vehicle
shall be excessively foul and the
oxygen concentration shall be
excessively low. Open the
window for ventilation and
absorbing fresh air.

After starting the internal circulation system of
the vehicle, smoking is forbidden in the vehicle, as
the smoke in the vehicle shall deposit on the
evaporator and generate permanent disgusting flavor
which shall not disappear for a long time. The
disgusting flavor can be eliminated only by replacing
the evaporator, which is time-consuming and money-
consuming.
After the motor reaches normal working
temperature, the heating system can exert its functions
to the greatest extent.
In order to ensure the normal work of the air-
conditioning system, the air inlet in front of the
windshield shall not be blocked by ice, snow, leaves
and other impurities

Notes:
The refrigerating agent adopted in this
vehicle is R134a, and the refrigeration
lubricating oil is RS20 （ JS-72 ）
/PAG56 （ WXH-066-p ） .
The incorrect refrigerating agent and
refrigeration lubricating oil adopted can
damage the air-conditioning cooling system.
It is not allowed to use the mixture of
two kinds of refrigerating agent.

Operate this knob to select among five air exhausting
modes, whose clockwise directions are as follows in
sequence.
a. The cold air and the warm air are sent out from
the central vent and the side vent on the instrument panel.
b. The cold air and the warm air are sent out from
the central vent, the side vent, the vent at the front row
foot position, and the vent at the rear row foot position.
c. The cold air and the warm air are sent out from
the vent at the front row foot position, and the vent at the
rear row foot position.
d. Used to prevent the front window glass from
frosting and fogging, and meanwhile send air to the foot
area.
e. The warm air is sent out from the vent at the
windshield and the side ventilating opening, to be used to
eliminate the frost on the glass.
