Spatial Port Inc. (“Spatial Port,” “we” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. Within this Privacy
Policy we will illustrate how we collect, use and disclose the Personal Data (as defined below) we collect
from users through our website www.spatial-port.com (the “Website”) in order to provide our services (the
“Services”).

1. WHAT TYPE OF DATA DO WE COLLECT?

“Personal Data” shall mean all the data that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the
Website, express an interest in obtaining information about us or the Services or when you use the
Services. The Personal Data we collect might vary on the basis of your interaction with us and the Website,
and include the following: i) information you provide us, such as full name, e-mail address, Ethereum wallet
address; ii) information collected via technology, such as log files (IP address, browser type, internet service
provider, etc.). We also might collect other types of Personal Data which can be necessary to provide the
Services. All of the Personal Data that you provide us with must be true and accurate, and you shall notify
us of any change.

2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

the Services and the Website in order to compile reports on user activity. Service Providers may also

use and share Analytics Information is restricted by such Service Provider’s terms of use and privacy
policy. By using our Services and Website, you give your consent to the processing of your data by
Service Providers in the manner and for the purposes set forth above;
c. For Law enforcement, when we are required to do so by public authority, in order to protect our
rights;
d. For Corporate Restructuring purposes, in connection with or during negotiation of any merger,
financing, acquisition or dissolution transaction or proceeding involving sale, transfer or disclosure of
all or a portion of our business or assets.

Please note that the Website might contain links to third party websites. When you click on a link to any
other website, you will leave the Website and go to another site, and another entity may collect Personal
Data from you. You may also find the Services on other marketplaces and websites. In these cases, please
be aware that we have no control over, do not review, and cannot be responsible for, these outside
websites or their content. Please note that the terms of this Privacy Policy do not apply to these outside
websites or content, or to any collection of your Personal Data after you click on links to such outside
websites. Therefore, we encourage you to read the privacy policies of every website you visit. The links to
third party websites or locations are for your convenience and do not imply our endorsement of such third

4. WILL YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

Our servers are located in the United States. Please be aware that, if you are a non-U.S. user of the
Services, by visiting the Website and providing us with your information, you acknowledge and accept that
your Personal Data will be processed for the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy. In addition, your
Personal Data will be processed in the United States and/or other countries, where laws regarding
processing of Personal Data might be less stringent than the laws of your country. However, we will take all
the necessary measures to protect your Personal Data in compliance with this Privacy Policy and with any
applicable law.

5. HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We will only retain your Personal Data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this
Privacy Policy and to provide you the Services, unless a longer retention period is required by law (for tax,

6. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We care about the security of your Personal Data and therefore we have implemented a series of safety
measures to protect it: we use physical and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security
of all information collected through the Website. However, we cannot guarantee the security of our
systems 100%. We will do our best to protect your Personal Data, and in the event that any information
under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take all the necessary steps to
investigate the situation and act in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not intentionally gather Personal Data from visitors who are under 18. The Website and Services are
intended for people who are at least 18 years old. In case a minor submits Personal Data to Spatial Port and
we find it out, we will immediately delete such information.

8. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Whether we are relying upon your consent to process your Personal Data, you have the right to withdraw
your consent at any time. Please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your
Personal Data before its withdrawal, nor the processing conducted on lawful grounds other that your

Upon your request to cancel your Personal Data, we will erase your information from our database.
However, we may retain some Personal Data to the extent that this is necessary to prevent fraud, assist any

protection laws, such as: i) right to be informed, ii) right of access, iii) right to rectification, iv) right to

9. DO WE HAVE CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES?

Some web browsers may transmit “do-not-track” signals to mobile applications with which the user
communicates. We currently do not alter the Website’s data collection in response to do-not-track signals
from your browser.

10. HOW DO WE MAKE CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY?

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time and for any reason. If we decide to change our
Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on this page. We will always mention the last update in it.
