Present: Mr C. E. Pittman, Director

It was resolved that the Company pay an interim dividend of £1,300.00 per £1
Ordinary Share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2014 to those
shareholders registered at the close of business on 31 December 2014.

Dividend to be paid on 23 March 2015.

There being no further business, the meeting was closed.
