• Process of Human Resource Operations as onboarding, employee exit and clearance,


promotions, transfers, leave management and issuance of letters.
• Provide services to new joiners (work station, employee smart card new joiners kit by liaising
with the relevant department
• Manage portfolio of all contractual and outsourced resources including payroll and invoicing
• Manage end to end processes pertaining to employee benefits and entitlements like medical
benefits (IPD) Life insurance, fuel cards and company transportation.
• Manage HRIS, Payroll, benefits administration and employee records

• Facilitate the implementation and mange administration of Resourceinn for Payroll processing
