NOTICE OF APPEAL
l. Pursuant to Rule 74 (2) and 75 (l) the International Co-Prosecutor files this Notice of
Appeal against the Co-Investigating Judges' "Order on International Co-Prosecutor's
Public Statement Regarding Case File 003" dated 18 May 2011, (the "Order").)
Accordingly, pursuant to Rule 75 (3) and (4), the International Co-Prosecutor notifies the
Co-Investigating Judges and the Pre-Trial Chamber that he will file with the Pre-Trial
Chamber within 30 days of this Order his submissions on appeal. These submissions will
contain the reasons of fact and law upon which the appeal is based together with all
supporting documents. So as not to render the right to appeal meaningless the
International Co-Prosecutor considers this now impugned Order, remains stayed, unless
the Pre-Trial Chamber orders otherwise pending their final decision on the appeal.
