Guided Practice: Agilities Practice


Either: Cone Drills, Ladder Drills, Hand/Eye Coordina on Drills, Hurdles, Tires,
Dot Drills or combina on

Independent Practice: Team Sports will be played in a variation of small group and
whole class format, including but not limited to: Basketball, Wiffleball, Kickball,
Ultimate Frisbee, Frisbee Golf, Tennis, Handball, Volleyball, Obstacle Courses, Team
Building, Soccer, Football or Running.
Closure: At the end of each class we will confirm the understanding of the skills and
rules of the sport and discuss what team skills were being used.
ASSESSMENT
Diagnostic/Pre-Assessment: Throughout the week students will be grouped in
whole class, small groups, pairs, and independent activities allowing the
teacher to assist as needed.

Formative Assessment: Quizzes will be given on Friday over the rules and skills of the
learned game.

Summative Assessment: Students will be observed performing the learned skills,


making improvements throughout the week.
