The proposed Avaya IP Office solution will provide City of Burleson with
advanced communication technology that will help the business in the
following areas:
Agility Support is a service provided by Agility CG that consists of an in-house lab, help
desk, online solutions database and self-service portal. These tools allow our engineers
to provide instant support and solutions to our customers. Support is provided as an
optional service for all of our new solutions.
24X7 support for remote included including moves, adds and changes
*Note: this support does not include phone hardware replacement or ONSITE. We are local and can provide ONSITE if needed and will
be billed per incident as follows: $100.00 Trip charge + one-time ONSITE fee of $150.00 during business hours. After hours will also incure
after hour charges of $225.00 per hour billed actual time in 30 min increments.

IP Office Server Edition is the ideal solution for midsize businesses, delivering intelligent unified

IP Office can be deployed as virtualized software, enabling deployment on a customer-supplied server
running high availability VMware vSphere 4.x or 5.x software. Virtualized IP Office software is packaged

one-X® Portal, or applications server. IP Office software can run inside a virtual machine, on a dedicated
server, an appliance, or a combination of these.

Avaya Communicator for Windows delivers IP Office™
Platform collaboration features to desktop PCs running
Microsoft Windows. Extending these features enhances
the accessibility of users by supporting multiple modes
of communication through a single client application.
This enables users over the company network to log
into the IP Office system to make and receive voice and
video calls from their desk phone extension via a PC
and:

Security
Security is an integral part of this solution with signaling encrypted using industry standard Transport
Layer Security and audio encryption using Secure Real Time Protocol. Third Party Server Certificate
Validation is supported which enhances security with mandatory certificate validation for all Transport
Layer Security connections creating a trust relationship with the IP Office system. The certificate
validation mechanism provides increased security by allowing the client to validate the identity of the
server and protect against man in the middle attacks.
Deployment Options
Avaya Communicator for Windows is available in two modes, telephony only features, or full features in
conjunction with Avaya one-X® Portal.
Customer Requirements
Operating System
The customer must have installed Microsoft Windows release 7 or 8 Enterprise, Ultimate, or Professional
Edition. Either a 32-bit or a 64-bit operating system is supported.
Hardware
Customer provided hardware must have network connectivity and meet the following minimum
requirements:
• Dual core 2.4 GHz processor
• 2 GB RAM
• 1.5 GB free hard disk space
• Network Interface Card
• USB camera
• Keyboard, mouse or other compatible pointing device
Software
The customer must have the following software installed Microsoft:

User Features
The Avaya E169 Media Station redefines the desktop for users and provides:
• Support for the most popular tablets and smartphones running iOS and Android operating
systems.
• User access to existing IP Office™ Platform mobile and video applications on the smart device
while in docked mode.
• Telephony features including attended or blind Transfer, Forward, Hold, Call Waiting, Mute, and
three-way Conference.
• Superior acoustic performance whether operating in handset, headset, speakerphone, or media
streaming mode. Six wideband, wrap-around speakers and four high definition microphones
provide astonishingly clear audio. The media station encodes the human voice using high
definition bandwidths that pick up voice harmonics, the human voices natural qualities, and a
sense of the speakers physical presence.
• A handset with full numeric keypad and display. Handset or speakerphone can be used while on
cellular calls.
• Bluetooth media station control from the smart device.
Avaya B100 Series Conference Telephones for IP Office
