3. The project submitted must show output, which indicates intensive, serious, and
focused research.
4. Relevant case laws should be suitably discussed.
5. Where required, compare with laws of other countries or other legal regimes. This
should be done to examine the advantages of legislative efforts and inadequacies
if any.
6. The project must conclude with its findings, conclusions, or recommendations.
7. Quote authority or attribute sources where applicable.
8. Text to be prepared in the third person.
9. Plagiarism strictly prohibited.
